FIRE & SECURITY INTEGRATED SERVICE & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – LONDON / SOUTH EAST

Job Description

haydengreen Ltd is a business leader in the Electrical, Fire, Security, AV & Data Industry with commercial contracts and projects concentrated between Surrey and London. Despite the difficulties this year has brought, we have successfully navigated our business to a new position of growth, and we are looking to recruit an additional engineer to maintain a select portfolio of customers throughout the year.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role looking after Access Control, Fire, Intruder Alarms, Fire Extinguishers Emergency Lighting and PAT Testing, Electrical would be desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance completion of a select client portfolio in line with company scheduling.
  • Deliver detailed reporting on maintenance and highlight any remedial works in an organised clear report using company tablet-based CRM System.
  • Take ownership of van stock and replenishment in line with client portfolio needs.
  • Assist in the coaching and development of less experienced team members.
  • Attend occasional site meetings on projects you are working on and feedback relevant next steps.
  • Willing to be on the engineering out of hours rota.

The Candidate

  • Good knowledge maintaining Access Control, Intruder Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarms as well as PAT Testing Fire Extinguisher and emergency Lighting.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Organised and has a proactive attitude and someone who wishes to progress with a growing company.
  • Can be assertive and take the lead naturally should it be required.

Salary is DOE and includes a Company Van, Fuel Card, Tablet, Pension. 20 days holiday, uniform, additional training and development and progression opportunities for the right person.
