Brief

Phase -1

haydengreen were asked to design and install a complete retro fit upgrade including power, lighting at the main residence including estate out buildings and the outside swimming pool area of the 10-acre site. The objective of the design was to achieve power saving costs across the site.

Phase -2

Covered the design, install and commissioning of new power circuits, lighting circuits and the installation of LED lights.  In addition, a complete audio visual system was required for a new outside entertainment area that will be used for garden parties and social events.

Execution

haydengreen approached the design by utilising their experience in smart building technology and connected home methodology. The design uses smart phone applications that interface with the technology installed. This allows the client to fully control their internal and external LED lighting, audio visual entertainment systems and security systems using bespoke applications installed on their mobile phones.
